Ulrika Hammarström appointed new Head of CRO

Last year, Aurevia (formerly LabQuality) acquired Scandinavian CRO. Recently, Ulrika Hammarström, Founder and CEO of Scandinavian CRO, has been appointed as the new Head of the CRO business area for Aurevia. She assumes the CRO business area head position in Aurevia and will lead the international Aurevia CRO (Contract Research Organization) team. In Sweden, Scandinavian CRO and QAdvis are part of Aurevia, and the company has professional CRO teams also in Poland, Germany, and Finland.

Aurevia’s CRO team offers international clinical trial services for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, as well as academia.

Ulrika is the Founder and CEO of Scandinavian CRO in Sweden. In 2024, Ulrika was chosen as the local and regional Entrepreneur of the Year, as well as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist at the national level.

Ulrika is now a member of the Aurevia Management team, reporting to Aurevia CEO Juha-Pekka Nuutinen.
