Senior consultant at Scandinavian CRO

Sophie started her career in academic research and teaching at Uppsala University but made the move to industry almost 15 years ago. Her daily mission at Scandinavian CRO is to help companies improve the quality of their projects; be it writing a clinical study report, conducting a clinical evaluation, or running a device development project. She has learned that in all of these endeavors, knowing your target audience and focusing on what matters is critical.

“Medical device development” or “Innovation – conceptually”.

What do you spend the most time thinking about?

What are you looking forward to in the coming months?

As a new employee at Scandinavian CRO, I´m currently familiarizing myself with the company and I look forward to being one part of our success here in Finland. I´m now working with a couple of very interesting and demanding clinical trials and doing my best to help the investigational sites perform well. It’s fun to work with new colleagues, customers and challenges.

What are some small things that make your day better?

A nice big cup of tea, dark chocolate and conversations with colleagues! Every day is a good day if I feel that I have learned something or have had the possibility to help someone else!
