Scandinavian CRO (SCRO) has its sights set on expanding over the next 5 years in the Nordic countries, and Mattias Bergqvist has joined the Board of Directors to support SCRO in achieving this vision.
Mattias has almost 25 years of experience in the pharma and biotech industry, and his experience in clinical research and development has included varying roles as sponsor, investigator, and strategic consultant. As a consultant, Mattias had the unique opportunity of working with several small- to medium- enterprises (SME) within pharma and biotech. In addition, his previous roles as Marketing and Brand Director at AstraZeneca helped him build a niche in the therapeutic area of oncology. Mattias is currently Clinical Development Director at Biovica.
”Mattias’ proven expertise in oncology will give us valuable insights into this important area and his extensive experience working with SMEs will add value to SCRO, and to our customers, as we continually improve to meet their evolving needs,” says Ulrika Hammarström Lüllmaa, CEO.
Mattias is looking forward to delivering value to SCRO’s partners and helping the business grow during this critical expansion phase. “Built on a solid foundation with great core values, Scandinavian CRO has a team with an incredible drive and commitment and I’m thrilled to start this journey with them,” says Mattias.
