Which companies signed the pledge for a safe COVID-19 vaccine?

Earlier this month, nine companies at the forefront of developing a COVID-19 vaccine signed a pledge to fully test the safety and efficacy of their vaccine before releasing it for mass use.

The companies who made this pledge are: AstraZeneca, BioNTech, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Merck (MSD), Moderna, Novavax, Sanofi and Pfizer. In the joint pledge, these vaccine makers have committed to upholding high ethical standards and sound scientific principles during the clinical drug development of their investigational COVID-19 vaccines.
